ALIENARE - We Come In Peace (Neon Green Splatter Vinyl) - LP

The world is becoming more turbulent and seems to find little peace. People are at war with one another on both a large and small scale; the tone is growing harsher, and positions are hardening. Amid this reality, ALIENARE send a message that is as simple as it is urgent: WE COME IN PEACE

On January 29, 2027, the band sends a clear message with their sixth studio album. Thematically, their album WE COME IN PEACE navigates between conflict and alienation, transience and wanderlust, always with an eye toward the night sky and the age-old, still-unanswered question of what might actually be waiting for us out there.

Musically, the North German band remains true to its established DNA while consistently expanding upon it by infusing its dark-wave sound with a distinctive rock edge. Straightforward synthesizer melodies, dark and melancholic vocal lines, and driving beats meet rock-infused guitars and drums. The songs have become edgier, more surprising, and more versatile, without losing their unmistakable ALIENARE character.

Producer Ingo Hampf (Subway to Sally) joins the project to expand the musical universe even further and give the songs the grandeur, depth, and power that carry ALIENARE into previously unexplored realms. Thanks to their langest album-making process to date, the tracks were allowed to grow, evolve, and conquer new worlds.

Perhaps that is precisely the essence of WE COME IN PEACE: to broaden our perspective. Away from the small and large conflicts of everyday life, beyond our own boundaries, and toward the realization of just how infinitesimally small we are in the grand scheme of things. While we argue over boundaries and differences on a tiny speck in the vast universe, the question remains: what awaits us beyond it?

Are we really alone? Or have they been among us all along?
