VOWWS are an Australian-born, LA-based duo composed of Matt James and Rizz, known for their haunting, genre-blurring sound that blends industrial, alternative rock, cinematic textures, and melancholic pop; a style often referred to as “Death-Pop.” Shrouded in mystery and emotional intensity, their music explores themes of darkness, beauty, and resilience. Rather than simply gazing into the abyss, VOWWS create from within, offering a unique perspective that feels both raw and strangely hopeful.
