Chinese Dectectives - Are Kisses Out Of Fashion (Limited Red Vinyl) - LP

Chinese Detectives was started in 1995 by Per Aksel Lundgreen, shortly after his exit from Apoptygma Berzerk. Per Aksel joined teams with Preben Bjønnes known from Cronos Titan and Defcon 4, and initially they used Kristine Ulfeng as singer. After two singles, she was replaced with Desiree Grandahl who's doing the vocals on the entire album. "Situation" was released in 1995, followed by "Where Do The Boys Go?" and "You Think You're A Man" in 1996. Due to the cost of recording in a huge studio, the final songs was recorded over time, and the full album was finally released in 1999 to great success. The singles "Situation" and "Where Do The Boys Go?" had already done well both in dance-charts (even being pure synth-pop!) and on Norwegian Television with their videos, and the full album sold thousands in Sweden, Germany and also in Poland, Austria, Czech Republik and even found its way to Russia. Chinese Detectives also played many gigs in Sweden and Norway, but in the middle of everything, life happened, and Chinese Detectives were disbanded. There's been a couple of "reunion gigs" in 2012 and 2016 in Norway and Sweden, but apart from that, it's been pretty quiet. The album was originally only released on CD, and this album has been sold out for many years. There's been many requests for having it out on vinyl over the years, but it has never happened, until now!!!
