“Memento Mori: Mexico City” is an over two-hour live recording of Depeche Mode’s three sold-out concerts at the legendary Foro Sol Stadium in Mexico City, recorded in September 2023, and is complemented by four previously unreleased studio recordings from the “Memento Mori” sessions.

The vinyl package includes the complete live album and bonus tracks across four vinyl LPs. The album artwork features live photos from the shows.

This live album is being released in parallel with Depeche Mode’s new film “Depeche Mode: M”, which was filmed during the Mexico City performances. The film was conceived and directed by Fernando Frías, the multi-award-winning Mexican filmmaker. While “Depeche Mode: M” combines powerful concert footage with atmospheric impressions and carefully curated archival material, it also illustrates the deep connection between music and mortality within Mexican tradition.

The Blu-ray and DVD editions of “Depeche Mode: M” additionally include the aforementioned live album “Memento Mori: Mexico City”, as well as a full-length concert film.
