Who would have thought it? In 10 years, ERDLING have blossomed into one of the hottest German-language dark metal bands and, with 6 top 100 albums, have a remarkable history that is second to none. Their evergreen hit "Mein Element", which was released in 2016 and has since achieved over 7 million streams on Spotify, is right at the forefront. Founded at the end of 2014, the project led by singer Neill Freiwald went public shortly afterwards. Within a very short time, the band produced their debut album under the auspices of producer Chris Harms (Lord of the Lost) and secured a record deal with the renowned scene flagship "Out Of Line Music" even before releasing any material. This was followed by support tours for the likes of Megaherz, Lord of the Lost, Unzucht and Hämatom, before the band took the plunge into headlining with their second full-length album "Supernova", carving their unique blend of dark rock, industrial metal and Neue Deutsche Härte into stone for the first time.
