Set in a fractured version of the United States, the album unfolds within a world where autocrats rule behind carefully curated democracies, the Deep State operates in permanent shadow, and a so-called New World Order reshapes reality through fear, surveillance, and controlled chaos.
 
Across its narrative arc, L C F R portrays a society pushed far beyond collapse: governments initiate purges under the guise of “restoration,” anarchy is simultaneously weaponized and suppressed, and the population is trapped between obedience and extinction. Truth dissolves into propaganda, resistance becomes ritual, and freedom survives only as a dangerous memory.
 
Musically, N.E.O. merges industrial tension, post-apocalyptic atmospheres, and dark alternative textures, creating the sensation of a soundtrack for the final phase of civilization.
