Metropolis is a place and at the same time so much more - it is the tale of a fever dream come true, it is man who cannot escape his own nature, with all his capacity for love and all his propensity for destruction. It is the gateway to a dark and colourful, comic-like fairytale world somewhere between "Sin City", "Batman" and "The Neverending Story". A reality that is not ours, and yet depicts reality in so many facets.

The musical design of this world is as versatile as it is uncompromising. The raw, unbridled metal sound dominates, to which Callejon add their characteristic emotional depth, the sublime melody of a great story, the serene sarcasm of a doomed man and the fragility of a deeply felt longing for meaning and fulfilment.
